Court orders coy to pay N228.36m accumulated salaries to former staff
Lagos, Dec. 16, 2022 – The Lagos Judicial Division of National Industrial Court has ordered an oil and gas company, Shebah Exploration and Production Company, to pay Emenike Onyegeme-Okerenta, its former staff, over N228.36 million accumulated salaries. Justice Ikechi Nweneka passed the judgment in the claimant’s favour according to a statement published by the NIC on Friday. Abuja, Dec. 16, 2022 – A High Court in the Federal Capital Territory in Abuja has declined to grant an application seeking to stop the new cash withdrawal policy of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
