18 digital lenders delisted by FCCPC

Abuja, Aug. 3, 2023 – The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has delisted i8 digital lenders. It has directed Google to remove them from Playstore for violations of its guidelines and  gave them five days to prove they are operating within its guidelines. Tinubu seeks additional $800m loan from World Bank

Abuja, July 13, 2023 – President Bola Tinubu is seeking additional loan of $800 million from the World Bank for the National Social Safety Net Programme. He has written to the House of Representatives seeking approval for the Federal government to take the loan.
