Lagos, Aug. 18, 2026 – The Nigerian currency, Naira, appreciated to N1, 349.5372 to the dollar at the official foreign exchange market on Monday.
The naira exchange rate was N1, 357.6088 to the dollar at the market on Friday.
Bid rates offered by dealers at the official market on Monday ranged from N1, 361.0000 to N1, 357.6516 to the dollar.
Meanwhile, the naira is being traded at the black in Lagos between N1, 405 and N1,413 to the dollar
