Lagos, July 8, 2025 – The U.S. Department of State on Tuesday announced visa restriction to Nigerians on non-immigrant and non-official trips to America to only single entry three-month visas.
The U.S. Department of State announced this in a terse statement.
The statement reads: “Effective today, most nonimmigrant & non-official visas for Nigerian citizens will be single-entry with 3-month validity”.
The new policy is to take immediate effect.
