Ogun State establishes CNG refilling station

Abeokuta, Nov. 3, 2023 – The Ogun State government has established a CNG gas refilling station in the Obada Oko area of the state.   Dapo Abiodun, the state governor, disclosed this via its X, formerly twitter handle, @dabiodunMFR. London, Nov. 2, 2023 – Oil gained 1% on Thursday to snap its three-day decline as risk appetite returned to financial markets after the U.S. Federal Reserve kept benchmark interest rates on hold. World Bank projects $84 per barrel average crude oil price in 2023

Washington, Oct. 30, 2023 -The price of crude oil benchmark, Brent, will average $84 per barrel in 2023, the World Bank has projected. The bank gave the projection in its Commodity Markets Outlook published on Monday. The World Bank said Brent prices were estimated to average $84 per barrel in 2023, tapering further in 2024 due to global growth weakening. 7 CNG conversion centres established across Nigeria

Petrol consumption drops to 44.3m litres per day

Lagos, Oct. 24, 2023 – Domestic consumption of petrol in Nigeria has dropped to 44.3 million litres per day after the removal of petrol subsidy from the old level of 66.7 million litres per day. Farouk Ahmed, the Chief Executive of Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (MMDPRA) disclosed this in Lagos.
