Abuja, Sept. 23, 2025 –President Bola Tinubu has approved the construction of 600-bed hostels for the Nigerian Law School, in Abuja, and the Body of Benchers Secretariat Road.
The presidency announced the development in a statement issued on Tuesday by Lere Olayinka, a Senior Special Assistant to the President.
The president directed the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, to immediately commence the projects.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has directed the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, to immediately commence the construction of two hostels of 300 capacity each for the Nigerian Law School, Abuja,” the statement said.
The President also directed the construction of the road linking the Body of Benchers Secretariat, Jabi District, with Nile University.
The projects are expected to be executed under emergency consideration.
