Lagos, Nov. 7, 2025 – The Nigerian currency, the Naira, appreciated further at the official foreign exchange market on Thursday, closing at N1,437.50.
The currency, which was N1,440 to the dollar on Wednesday, gained N2.50 on Thursday.
Bid rates quoted by dealers at the market on Thursday ranged from N1,435 to N1,441 to the dollar..
Meanwhile, the naira exchange rate at the black market in Lagos between NN,460 and N1,470 to the dollar.
