Lagos, Sept. 19, 2025 – The Dangote Refinery has suspended the sale of products through its self-collection gantry from September 18, 2025.
The company, in a notice to marketers, said the measure was to stop sale of products to unregistered marketers and promote wider adoption of the refinery’s free delivery of products to end users.
In a memo issued by the Group Commercial Operations Department, the company said: “We wish to inform you that, effective 18th September 2025, Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals has placed all self-collection gantry sales on hold until further notice.
“We encourage all active and newly onboarded customers to register for the DPRP Free Delivery Scheme, which remains fully operational and offers a seamless delivery experience to your station.
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we implement this operational adjustment.”
The refinery officially launched the free delivery of products scheme in Lagos on Monday.
