Abuja, March 16, 2023 – President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday demanded a swift arrest of and punishment to culprits in the fresh terrorist attacks in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
He described the development as shocking.
Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, said this in a statement in Abuja.
“There is a concerted attack on innocent citizens in the state, and the security and law enforcement agencies must take serious action to end this.
“My deepest condolences to the families of those killed in these horrific attacks. May their souls rest in peace,” President Buhari said.
Fresh attacks broke out in Zangon Kataf Local Government Area of Kaduna State on Tuesday during which about 10 persons were said to have been killed. (GBN)
