Abuja, June 8, 2023 – Members of the “G5 Governors” of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) visited the Presidential Villa on Thursday to hold a scheduled meeting with President Bola Tinubu.
The group consists of Nyesom Wike (Rivers); Oyo Governor Seyi Makinde; former Governors Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia); Ifeanyi Ugwuwanyi (Enugu) and Samuel Ortom (Benue) .
The group, led by Gov. Nyesom Wike, was supportive of Tinubu during the presidential election.
Although, the agenda of the meeting was not disclosed, but Makinde and Wike have been familiar faces at the Villa since President Tinubu assumed office on June 29. (GBN)
