Union Bank announces employee promotions, celebrating dedication, excellence

Lagos, July 3, 2024 – Union Bank of Nigeria has announced the promotion of 337 employees across various departments.

The bank said this gesture underscored the bank’s commitment to recognising and rewarding the hard work, dedication and outstanding contributions of its employees.

Yetunde Oni, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of the bank, reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and growth at a recent town hall meeting,

She said the well-deserved promotions reflected this commitment and the bank’s continuous efforts to empower its workforce and drive organisational success.

Oni said: “Today, we celebrate the achievements of our colleagues who have demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership and dedication to Union Bank’s core values.
