3 gunmen killed while raiding INEC office in Owerri

Lagos, Dec. 12, 2022 – The Imo State Police Command on Monday said three gunmen were killed in the early hours of the day when gunmen attacked the INEC headquarters in Owerri. The Command Spokesperson, Michael Abattam, told journalists that a policeman was killed during the incident, while another officer was injured. NDIC resolves 248 complaints, recovers N8.3 billion to bank customers

Kano, Dec. 9, 2022 – The Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) successfully resolved 248 complaints and recovered over N8.3 billion to bank customers between January and November this year. Mr Bello Hassan, its Managing Director, said this at the NDIC Day at the Kano International Trade Fair in Kano on Thursday.
