Lagos, July 5, 2024 -NOVA Merchant Bank has converted to commercial banking with the new name National Commercial Bank.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has given approval for the conversion and the commencement of its operations as National Commercial Bank..
Phillips Oduoza, the Chairman of the bank, announced the new status of the bank to newsmen in Lagos.
He said the bank would soon open new branches in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Kano to complement its branch on Victoria Island, Lagos.
