Port Harcourt, Dec. 14, 2023 – Amidst the political crisis rocking Rivers State, its Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Prof. Zachaeus Adangor, has resigned his appointment.
Adangor, in a letter dated Dec14, 2023, informed Gov. Similanayi Fubara of his resignation, saying his decision was based on personal principles.
“I hereby give Your Excellency Notice of my resignation as the Honourable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Rivers State, with effect from the date of this letter
“For the avoidance of doubt, my resignation from the said office is based on personal principles,” he had written. (GBN)
