Kaduna, Sept. 28, 2023 -The Kaduna State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal on Thursday sacked Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress as governor of Kaduna State.
It declared the state governorship election, held on March 18, 2023, as inconclusive.
The tribunal, headed by Justice Victor Oviawe, consequently directed that a supplementary election be held within 90 days.
The petition was filed by Isah Mohammed Ashiru, the candidate of Peoples Democratic Party in the election. (GBN)
