Maiduguri, Feb. 28, 2023 – Bola Tinubu, the APC Presidential Candidate, has won the presidential election in Borno State with 252,282 votes.
Atiku Abubakar of the PDP polled 190,921 votes to place second, while Peter Obi of Labour Party polled 7,205 votes.
Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP polled 4,626 votes.
Tinubu won in 23 local government areas, while Atiku won in four.
Prof Rabo, the Collation Officer, said of the 2, 497, 337 registered voters, 499, 543 were accredited, while valid votes were 465, 287.
Rejected votes stood at 32, 658, while the total votes cast stood at 497, 945. (GBN)
