Abuja, July 10, 2024 – President Bola Tinubu will meet with the leaders of the organised labour on Thursday before sending a bill on a new national minimum wage to the National Assembly.
The meeting is part of the wider consultations the president promised to seek on the new minimum wage.
Festus Osifo, the President of TUC, disclosed this on Wednesday.
“The president has invited the organised labour (NLC, TUC) for a consultation tomorrow (Thursday, 11th July,” he said in a short text message. (GBN)
