Lagos, Oct. 29, 2025 – The Nigerian currency, the Naira, appreciated further at the official foreign exchange market on Tuesday, closing at N1,447 to the dollar.
The currency closed at N1,452.50 to the dollar at the market on Monday.
Bid rates offered by dealers at the market on Tuesday ranged from N1,445 to N1,456 to the dollar.
Meanwhile, the naira is being traded at the black market in Lagos at between N1,480 and N1,490 to the dollar.
