Abuja, Feb. 9, 2023 – The federal Government has ordered the closure of all universities and inter-university centres from Feb. 22 to March 14 over security concerns during the general elections.
The National Universities Commission (NUC) gave the directive through a circular to all vice-chancellors of universities and directors/chief executives of inter-university centres.
The circular, dated February 3, was signed by the Deputy Executive Secretary, Administration, NUC, Mr Chris Maiyaki. (GBN)
