Abuja, Dec. 30, 2023 – The Senate has summoned all the service chiefs to appear before it to explain the gunmen attacks on villages in Plateau State in December.
The minority caucus in the Senate had raised concern over the attacks during a plenary and called on the legislature to take appropriate steps.
Acting on the suggestion, Godswill Akpabio, the President of the Senate, on Saturday, invited the service chiefs to the Senate to give explanation and insights into the incidence. (GBN)
