Abuja, Jan, 27, 2023 – Properties worth millions of naira were lost when the Enyo Petrol Station in Wuse Zone 1 in Abuja caught a fire at about 7.30 pm on Friday.
An eye witness said that the fire started from a tanker parked in the filling station, but many residents initially thought it was a bomb explosion.
Ibrahim Mohammed Tauheed, the Spokesman for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), who was at the scene, said the situation was brought under control with the efforts of the fire fighters and the police.
He said that no life was lost. (GBN)
