Lagos, March 4, 2024 – Aliko Dangote, the Chairman of Dangote Group, has named the road leading to his Lagos refinery after the late Herbert Wigwe.
Dangote announced the gesture on Monday evening while paying tribute to the late banker at his memorial service.
“Part of the 120km refinery road. The biggest road will be now named Herbert Wigwe Road,” Dangote said on Monday evening.
He said “people will see this road leading to the refinery and would find out who was this Herbert Wigwe”.
Dangote said Wigwe was a man loved by all who lived a life worthy of emulation. (GBN)
