Lagos, Feb. 6, 2023 – The British Council in Lagos has celebrated a Nigerian teacher, Dr Peter Ogudoro, for his “outstanding social action’ in the education sector.
He was celebrated at the weekend at an awards ceremony for UK Alumni organised by the British Council in Lagos to celebrate the award finalists for Nigeria.
“The Study UK Alumni Awards is a prestigious global awards scheme that finds and celebrates the outstanding alumni of UK Higher Education Institutions and the impact that they are having around the world.
“Award finalists are leaders who can articulate how they have used their UK education to make a difference in their professions, societies and countries.
“The global winners will be invited to the UK for a professional networking visit to build their networks and boost their careers,” the British Council said. (GBN)
