Ibadan, Dec. 28, 2023 – Seyi Makinde, the Gov. of Oyo State, has declared three days of mourning for the late Rotimi Akeredolu, the Ondo State Governor.
Makinde declared the three-day mourning period on Thursday.
He directed that all flags at public offices in the state should be flown at half-mast for three days.
Makinde had visited the Ibadan home of the late Akeredolu on Wednesday evening in the company of the Chairman of Nigerian Governors’ Forum, Governor Abdulrazaq Abdulrahman of Kwara State. (GBN)
