AFCON 23: Shettima leaves for Côte d’Ivoire to cheer Super Eagles

 Abuja, Feb. 7, 2024 – Vice President Kashim Shettima on Wednesday left Abuja for Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, to lend support to Nigeria’s Supper Eagles in their semi-final encounter with South Africa in the AFCON 23 games

A statement by Stanley Nkwocha, the Senior Special President on Media and Publicity, Office of the Vice President,  said Shettima left for Abidjan at the instance of President Bola Tinubu.

The match will be played at the Stade de la Paix in Bouake, Côte d’Ivoire by 6.00pm Nigerian time. (GBN)
