Lagos, Dec. 2, 2025 – The Nigerian currency, the Naira, depreciated at the official foreign exchange market on Monday, closing at N1,450.0100 to the dollar.
The currency lost N3.10 to the dollar at the market on Monday, down from Friday’s N1,446.90 to the dollar.
Bid rates quoted by dealers at the market on Monday ranged between N1,445 and N1,452 to the dollar.
Meanwhile, the naira is being traded at the black market in Lagos between N1,465 and N1,470 to the dollar.
