Abuja, Feb. 21, 2024 – President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday held a meeting with General Yakubu Gowon (Rtd), a former Head of State, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The agenda of the meeting was not announced, but authoritative sources said the ECOWAS crisis was one of the issues.
The economic and security challenges facing the country were also part of their discussion.
This was the first meeting of President Tinubu with General Gowon since his assumption of office. (GBN)
